Ashecroft brings architecture, planning, structural design, surveying, project guidance and construction together in one measured process. We exist because ground-floor transformation projects deserve the same level of coordination that commercial projects take for granted.
Our Story
Why Ashecroft exists
The founding team behind Ashecroft has delivered over eight hundred residential projects across Surrey and the Home Counties. What they kept seeing was the same problem: a homeowner with a clear ambition and a fragmented industry that could not deliver it coherently.
Kitchen studios design in isolation. Builders build to different assumptions. Architects hand off drawings and move on. The homeowner becomes the project manager by default, carrying the gaps, reconciling the conflicts, absorbing the delays.
Ashecroft was created to close those gaps. A single accountable team with embedded professional capability, including architect, planning consultant, chartered surveyor, structural engineer and dedicated Project Guides, delivering kitchen-led ground-floor transformations under one contract and one fixed price.

The Dorking design studio opens in Summer 2026 and is used for project review, material discussion and detailed decision-making.
